      Nestled at the edge of a quiet residential area(Behind Housing Unit) L.E.F Christian Matriculation school is strategically located being easily accessible from the main road and yet away from all the din and bustle of town life. Started in 1970 as a Primary School, it was almost the first English medium school in the town at the time. The school operated for many years in modest rented accommodations until a fairly large area of land was acquired and an attractive building came up on it. More buildings and more facilities were added little by little including an auditorium and extra class rooms.

     The School was upgraded into a Matriculation School in 1999 and Government recognition was obtained. Our first batch of 10th std students appeared for the Board Examination in April 2004 and produced cent percent results. The subsequent batches were able to achieve similar results.

      LEF Management has been pleased to start a Nursery and Primary School in the Jadayampalayam Panchayat area, located at Iswariah Nagar, Annur road for the benefit of the growing populace there. This was started in July 2009 .A school bus is also available for children choosing to study here.
